Question by Jordan: Will i get probation for a misdemeanor inhalant charge?
2 charges- inhalation of intoxicants, and paraphernalia-use or intent to use. Both say fines but must appear…I’m hoping for fines and not face a judge. Can’t afford probation let alone go through it again…hate to ask…but kinda nerve wracking…
Last time I was in trouble was for weed was at age 16, and thought I handled it well till recently…bad decision lead to spice or whatever you wanna call it. Which these charges are about (spice)….am 23 now and haven’t been in trouble since 16…overwhelming feeling. Again sorry for selfishly asking…

If it says “must appear”, you’ll be appearing before a judge. Since you said “again”, I take it you didn’t learn anything the first time. Probation probably won’t be an option the second time around. More likely a stint in the pokey.
