I have given up alcohol for 2 months trying to detox before we start trying to get pregnant, but I am having one non-alcoholic beer every evening. But I noticed that it said it contains “less than .5% alcohol”. Is this safe to keep drinking one? Can it damage my sperm (both quality and count)?

No, you should be fine. Drinking every day or in excess when you do drink creates problems, but if you are having one bottle of less then 0.5% alcohol? Then it’s the same as not drinking.
