I got arrested for posetion of 1G of weed about a month ago. I had a hearing and was fined 100$ . I just recently was arrested for having less then 10Gs of weed. what punishment is most likely going to be carried out? im only 16 years old and live in illinois

you could get from 1 to six months detention.
