Westboro library mugging suspect is ordered to drug rehab
WESTBORO — A Westboro District Court judge ordered a 20-year-old woman today to wear a GPS monitor and to immediately enter a drug and alcohol treatment program after she was charged with assaulting and robbing a woman in the local library.
