Question by casey.sakli: how come on my hp recovery tools CD the PC recovery program it is disabled?
when i load up my recovery tools cd the “start pc recovery program” is covered and blocked off and i have no idea why its like that. can some one please help?

If you want to reformate it and make it brand new just turn off your computer. Then as its coming back on keep hitting F11 and it will reformate your computer without any cds
